HIGH SCHOOL SENIORS

Over the years, I’ve photographed many high school seniors. Each person, has his or her own charm, and spark. Some are very excited to have their picture taken, others come because their mom’s insist. No matter the reason, I think it’s an important milestones to capture. In the western culture there are not many coming of age traditions. Being a high school senior, and graduating from high school is however one of the few times we stop to celebrate the moment of moving from one stage in life to another. A photograph captures the connections, and the journey through our lives. Photographs stop time and give us a physical reminder of the past. As as we all know, time goes by like the blink of an eye, however a photograph remembers a moment long after it has passed. This is why, I cherish photography and what I do.
